Belacan Sweet Potato Leaves

Ingredients: 

  • 450 gram sweet potato leaves 
  • 20 gram dried shrimps
  • 20 gram garlic
  • 20 grams dried chili paste 
  • 10 gram belacan 
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 150 ml water

Seasonings: 

  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder 
  • ½ teaspoon salt 

Methods: 

Heat oil in wok, stir-fry dried shrimp, garlic, belacan, dried chili paste, sweet potato leaves till fragrant. High heat stir well, add in water, cover the wok for a minute, dish up and serve immediately.

老妈子的香炒番薯叶

材料:
450克 番薯叶
20克 虾米
20克 蒜头
20克 辣椒干糊
10克 马来盏
5汤匙 油
150毫升 热水

调味:
1茶匙 鸡粉
½茶匙 盐

做法:
在涡里热油,爆香虾米,蒜头,马来盏,辣椒干糊,番薯叶。大火快速炒匀,加入水,盖上1分钟,即可享用。
