Steamed Tofu with Fish Paste

Ingredients: 

  • 1 x Spanish mackerel (600 g)
  • 1 x White tofu
  • 2 x stalks spring onion (chopped) 
  • 1 x stalk Chinese coriander (chopped) 

Seasonings: 

  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder 
  • ½ teaspoon five spice powder 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 

Methods: 

Cut the fish and scoop out the flesh, on the chopping board use the back of knife chop the flesh till smooth and sticky. Pour water into the wok, boil over high heat. Add in tofu, spring onion, Chinese coriander, seasonings and mix well. Place the fish mixture in the wok and steam for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle some spring onions and serve immediately.

材料:

  • 马交鱼 1條 (600克)
  • 水豆腐 1块
  • 青葱 2棵 (切粒)
  • 芫荽 1棵 (切粒)

调味:

  • 鸡粉 1茶匙
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 胡椒粉 ½茶匙
  • 五香粉 ½茶匙
  • 麻油 1茶匙
  • 玉米粉 1汤匙
  • 生抽 1茶匙

做法:

马交鱼切开起肉,然后在切板,打鱼肉打到起交。加上豆腐,青葱,芫荽,和调味料一起搅拌。蒸锅内煮沸水,放入鱼肉以大火蒸20分钟。撒上青葱,乘热享用。
