Chicken Fried Rice (鸡丁炒饭)
The Chinese Cuisine presents a classic and delicious chicken fried rice recipe technique and tutorial. You must try it.INGREDIENTS:
- 624 gram cooked white rice.
- 200 gram mixed veggies: diced carrots, corn, peas and mushrooms.
- 267 gram chicken breast, diced.
- 200 gram eggs (we used 3 jumbo eggs, one was double yolk!).
- 3 gram stalks green onion.
- 15 gram corn starch.
- 20 ml oyster sauce.
- 10 gram salt.
- 50 ml oil.
DIRECTIONS:
- Add a dash of salt, corn starch, and a little bit of egg to the diced chicken and mix evenly.
- Add the rest of the egg into cooked rice and mix evenly.
- Pour half of the oil into a pan on medium heat.
- Stir-fry the chicken and take out once it's cooked.
- Pour in the rest of the oil and add in the rice, chopped green onions, mixed veggies, the rest of the salt, cooked chicken, and oyster sauce.
- Stir-fry for a 1-2 more minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
